Former Children's Court magistrate and recent Order of Australia recipient Barbara Holborow has urged the community to throw its support behind Wingecarribee Family Support Service in a bid to overcome juvenile drug use.
Speaking at the monthly Business Womens Network meeting at Annesley Bowral, Ms Holborrow spoke of the pressures facing modern day youth.
"Peer pressure starts from the word go. It is vital that mothers teach their children not to be swayed by the traps of peer pressure," Ms Holborow said.
