SEVEN centimetre nails pushed through masonite have been deliberately left on roads in and out of Exeter.
The crude homemade objects have been left on Werai Road, Ringwood Road and the Sutton Forest Road with one resident finding more than five along the road outside his home.
For several months now, Allan Reekie, from Reekie’s Tyres at Bowral, has been asking his customers if they have driven along any of these roads.
At a rough estimate the galvanised nails have punctured around 10 tyres that Mr Reekie had seen.
