Tulip Time colours our world

23 Sep, 2009 09:56 AM
IN a multi-coloured shower of petals, seven-year-old Ashleigh Willebrand of Hill Top celebrates Tulip Time’s two themes of children and rainbows.

Tulip Time 2009, starting tomorrow, is partnering with the BDCU Children’s Foundation and the Children’s Hospital at Westmead to raise money for the new Bowral Hospital Children’s Ward and Westmead’s Centre for Kidney Research.

The grand floral display in Corbett Gardens have been planted in Batman and Superman themes and the rainbow motif is reflected in the colourful displays in Winifred West Park in Mittagong and Leighton Gardens in Moss Vale.

The Corbett Gardens Grand Floral Display officially opens this Thursday, September 24.
