BOWRAL kept their finals chances alive by fighting back from a 3-1 deficit to salvage a 3-3 draw against title favourites Robertson-Burrawang at Hampden Park on Saturday.
Four goals were scored in a frantic 11 minutes in the second term as Robertson pushed ahead from a 1-1 halftime scoreline only to have Bowral peg them back minutes later.
Bowral captain Andy Bell said it was an entertaining game.
"The match was allowed to flow by referee Murray Burgoyne and spectators were treated to a display of open attacking football from both sides," he said.
"We were probably the happier team at the end of 90 minutes after coming from 3-1 behind in the second half."
Robertson opened the scoring in the third minute when Adam Bartlett capitalised on some sloppy Bowral play in their defensive zone to put the home team ahead 1-0.
Robertson's young, quick frontline troubled the veteran Bowral backs and they could have increased their lead until a Christian Lotter cross-come shot ended up in the back of the net to level it 1-1.
Plenty of chances fell to both sides in the half; probably none better than to Alex Arancibia whose goal bound shot was well saved by Iain Gardiner.
Robertson started the second half as they had the first and found themselves two goals ahead after Matt Fernandez scored off a through ball and Bartlett bagged his second in the 50th and 57th minute.
